| 摘 要： | 目的分析2008～2009年度中山地区3家综合医院临床分离的病原菌种类、构成比以及耐药性特点。方法收集临床送检各类培养标本,采用全自动细菌鉴定仪进行细菌鉴定,用NCCLS推荐的K-B法进行药物敏感试验,并对特殊耐药菌进行鉴定。结果各年度均以革兰阴性杆菌为主,2008～2009年度大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌、克雷伯菌属、鲍曼不动杆菌等常见革兰阴性杆菌对亚胺培南、阿米卡星、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦等抗菌药物的耐药率较低。金黄色葡萄球菌和肠球菌等革兰阳性球菌对万古霉素、利奈唑烷等具有高度的敏感性。结论 2008～2009年临床标本送检情况与病原菌分布基本一致,应提高临床标本送检率,加强实验室特殊耐药菌监测,合理使用抗生素,以减缓耐药株的蔓延,减少二重感染机会。
