大白鼠同种异位心脏移植术的改进

大白鼠同种异位心脏移植是研究心脏移植排斥反应的常规模型。我们用Ｗｉｓｔａｒ大白鼠做供体，ＳＤ大白鼠做受体，进行了腹腔内异位心脏移植。将供心动脉、肺动脉分别与受体腹主动脉、下腔静脉进行端侧吻合。用腹部触诊、心电图判断心脏移植是否成功。供心总缺血时间均３５ｍｉｎ。手术成功率８９．８３％。

Improved technique for heterotopic abdominal cardiac transplantation in rats

Heterotopic allotopic transplantation in rats is a preferable model in the study of immunologic rejection after heart transplantation. In this report, abdominal heterotopic heart transplantation was performed hetween Wistar donor and SD recipient.The donor's aorta, and pulmonary artery were anastomosed to recipcent's abdominal aorta and inferior vena cava respectively by end-to-side anastomoses. Outcome were evaluated by abdominal palpahon together with electronic cardiography .Total ischemia time for donor heart was 35 minutes in average. 89. 83% operations were evidenced to be successful.
