沙枣枝中总黄酮提取条件的研究

摘    要:目的以青海当地沙枣枝为原料,对其中黄酮类化合物进行了提取研究。方法用索氏提取器分别以水、乙醇为浸提介质。结果在水提取法中,时间和固液比两因素对提取率没有显著影响(P>0.05),而温度对于水提取率有极显著的影响(P<0.01);在乙醇提取法中,以95%的浓度最好。结论乙醇提取法与水提取法的提取率不存在显著性差异(P>0.05),所以推荐采用水提取法。

Abstract:Objective To study the conditions of extracting flavonoids from the branches of Elaeagnus angustifolia L.Method By using Soxhlet extractor,water and ethanol were used as medium respectively.Results Both extraction time and solid-liquid ratio had no significant effects on the extraction rate(P >0.05),while different temperatures had significant effects on the extraction rate(P <0.01)in water extraction method.The best extraction rate was obtained by using 95% ethanol in ethanol extraction method.Conclusion The extraction rates were not significantly different between water extraction method and ethanol.So,water extraction method was recommended in considering the cost.
