肾组织缺失对大鼠血清锌铜的影响

摘    要:观察了1/4,1/2和3/4肾切除大鼠术后第10周血清锌、铜水平及肾功能、血浆白蛋白和尿蛋白,并与行假手术未切除肾脏的动物相比较,发现1/4和1/2肾切除动物血清锌铜无明显变化,而3/4肾切除的动物发生了肾功能衰竭,出现显著的蛋白尿和低蛋白血症,血清锌、铜均下降。相关性分析表明血清锌与血浆白蛋白呈正相关,与尿蛋白呈负相关,而Scr和BUN无明显相关,血清铜则与这些测定值不显示明显相关。研究提示肾组织缺失时血清锌降低可能是由于其载体———白蛋白的减少及随尿蛋白的大量丢失所致,而可能不受Scr和BUN的影响。血清铜水平降低的机制有待于进一步研究

Abstract:We have observed serum zinc and copper in rats with nephrectomy at different degree. Experiment showed that no significant change of serum zinc and copper appeared in rats with 1/4 and 1/2 nephrectomy, but rats with 3/4 nephrectomy had lower serum zinc which correlated positively to albumin in plasma and negatively to proteinuria although no correlation was observed with Scr and BUN. The serum copper was also decreased in week ten and it had not any correlation with plasa albumin, proteinuria,Scr and BUN. Our results suggest that low serum zinc in rats with nephrectomy may follow proteinuia and low albumin in plasma and may not follow the severity of kidney tissue loss. The mechanism of low copper in rats with 3/4 nephrectomy need study further.
