| 摘 要： | 目的探讨成人肺下叶结核的临床特点。方法对45例肺下叶结核的临床症状、体征、X线表现、痰检、结核菌素试验及纤维支气管镜等进行回顾性分析。结果本组73.33%的患者缺乏典型的临床表现,而误诊为其他疾病。结论成人肺下叶结核症状、X线表现均不典型,综合判断,反复痰找抗酸杆菌及纤支镜检查有助于早期诊断。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical feature of adult pulmonary tuberculosis situated in lobes inferior.Methods The retrospective study was conducted in 45 patients and the measures included clinical symptoms, physical signs, radiologic findings, sputum examinations, tuberculin tests and broncho-fibroscopy examinations.Results The results showed that 73.3% patients were lacking typical clinical symptoms which might be masked by the complications.Conclusion Adult pulmonary tuberculosis situated in lobes inferior is easy to be misdiagnosed, because the clinical symptoms and the radiologic findings are atypical. Overall consideration, comprehensive evaluation, repeated sputum examinations for tubercule bacillus and broncho-fibroscopy examinations should be taken for the early diagnosis. |
