摘    要:目的 研究增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA),血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和微血管密度(MVD)在食管鳞癌组织中的表达,并探讨它们与食管鳞癌的生物学行为的相关性.方法 采用免疫组化方法,对71例食管鳞癌组织进行PCNA、VEGF和MVD检测.结果 PCNA在癌组织中强阳性表达与肿瘤的分化程度、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05).VEGF和MVD的表达与肿瘤浸润深度(P<0.05)、淋巴结转移(P<0.05)和分化程度(P<0.01)有关.PCNA、VEGF与MVD阳性表达之间有相关性.结论 PCNA、VEGF及MVD与食管鳞癌的恶性生物学行为关系密切;检测PCNA、VEGF及MVD有助于综合评价食管鳞癌的预后.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and microvessel density(MVD) in squamous cell carcinoma;and to explore the relationship between their expression and tumor biological behavior.Methods The expressions of PCNA,VEGF and MVD were analyzed by immunohistochemical method in 71 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.Results The intensity positive rate of PCNA indicated close relationship between cell differentiation and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).MVD and the protein expressions of VEGF closely correlated with depth of invasion(P<0.05),lymphnode metastasis(P<0.05) and cell differentiation(P<0.01).The positive expressions of PCNA,VEGF and MVD were correlated.Conclusions The positive expressions of PCNA,VEGF and MVD are correlated with malignant biological behavior of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,and might be used to determine the prognosis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
