开胃灵方联合氦氖激光穴位照射治疗小儿厌食症临床观察

目的观察中药开胃灵方配合氦氖激光穴位照射治疗小儿厌食症的临床疗效。方法将90例厌食症患儿分为治疗组、对照Ⅰ组和对照Ⅱ组，每组30例。治疗组给予中药开胃灵方口服配合氦氖激光照射穴位；对照Ⅰ组予开胃灵方口服联合针灸治疗，对照Ⅱ组口服山麦健脾口服液。各组均治疗6周。观察治疗前后临床症状和胃动力学指标。结果治疗组、对照Ⅰ组与对照Ⅱ组总有效率分别为86．7％、73．3％和63．3％。治疗组疗效优与对照Ⅱ组（P〈0．01）；治疗组治疗后中医证候积分低于对照Ⅱ组（P〈0．01）；治疗组胃窦收缩频数高于对照Ⅰ组与对照Ⅱ组（P〈0．01）；治疗组胃半排空时间短于对照Ⅰ组与对照Ⅱ组（P〈0．01）。结论中药开胃灵方配合氦氖激光穴位照射治疗厌食患儿临床疗效良好。

Clinical Observation of ＂KaiweiUng Decoction＂ with Acupoints He-Ne Laser Irradiation in Treating Infantile Anorexia

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of ＂Kaiweiling Decoction＂ with He-Ne laser irradiation at acupoints in the treatment of infantile anorexia. Methods Ninety cases of anorexia were divided into group A, group B and group C. Thirty cases in group A were given oral ＂Kaiweiling Decoction＂ with He-Ne laser irradiation, 30 cases in group B oral ＂Kaiweiling Decoction＂ and acupuncture treatment, and 30 cases in group C ＂Shanmai Jianpi Oral Liquid＂. After sixmonth treatments, the clinical symptoms and gastric kinetics were observed before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate in the groups A, B and C were 86.7% , 73.3% and 63.3% respectively. And the clinical efficacy in group A was superior to that in group C（P 〈0.01 ）. The scores of TCM syndromes in group A was lower than that in group C（P 〈0.01 ）. Contractile frequency of gastric antrum in group A was higher than that in groups B and C（P 〈0.01 ）. And the half empty time of stomach in group A was shorter than that in groups B and C （ P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion ＂Kaiweiling Decoction＂ with He-Ne laser irradiation at acupoints has significant effects on anorexia in children.
