| 摘 要： | 介绍吴云定教授治疗腰椎管狭窄症的经验。认为本病中医病机为正虚邪实，其本为肾虚，其标为风寒湿痹阻或瘀血阻滞；临证治疗多在滋补肾阴或温补。肾阳的基础上，兼以祛风散寒或活血化瘀。

| Abstract: | This article introduces Professor Wu Yunding＇ s experience in the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis. It is believed that this disease results from kidney deftciency in the root, and wind, cold, dampness and blood stasis in the tip; that the treatment aims to disperse wind cold or activate blood and resolve stasis on the basis of tonifying the kidney. |
