中西医结合治疗手足口病100例

目的观察中西医结合治疗手足口病的临床疗效。方法将198例患者随机分为治疗组（100例）和对照组（98例）,两组均采用阿糖腺苷和对症治疗,治疗组同时辨证加用中药,观察两组临床疗效。结果治疗组治愈率和总有效率分别为78.0%、99.0%,对照组分别为61.2%、96.9%,组间治愈率差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组和对照组平均治疗时间分别为（4.90±1.11）d和（5.34±1.66）d,组间比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论中西医结合治疗手足口病治愈率高,治疗时间短,值得临床推广应用。

Treatment of 100 Cases of Hand-Foot-Mouth Disease by Integrative Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of integrative Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease.Methods 198 subjects were randomized into two groups：control group in which 98 cases were treated by Vidarabine Injection and treatment group in which 100 cases were treated by Vidarabine Injection and Chinese herbs.Results The cure rate and total effective rate were respectively 78.0%and 99.0%in treatment group,and 61.2%and 96.9%in control group;there was a significant difference in the cure rate between the two groups（P〈0.05）.The average treatment time was（4.90±1.11） days in treatment group and（5.34±1.66） days in control group,with a significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Integrative Chinese and western medicine is quite effective for hand-foot-mouth disease.
