牵引踩踏法矫治腰椎间盘突出症脊柱侧弯的临床研究

摘    要:目的评价牵引踩踏法矫治腰椎间盘突出症脊柱侧弯的疗效。方法腰椎间盘突出症合并脊柱侧弯患者53例,将其随机分入牵引踩踏研究组26例和腰椎常规整骨手法对照组27例。观察治疗前后腰椎Cobb角度、VAS、JOA评分改变,并进行疗效评定。结果研究组治疗前后腰椎Cobb角度差为(11.84±5.257)°;对照组Cobb角度差为(8.07±6.189)°。研究组分级疗效评定总有效率为88.5%,对照组为63.0%(P〈0.05)。结论牵引踩踏法对于矫治腰椎间盘突出症患者脊柱侧弯疗效显著。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the curative effect of lumbar disc herniation combining scoliosis treated by traction and foot manipulation. Methods Fifty-three patients with lumbar disc herniation combining scoliosis were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group in which 26 patients were treated with traction and foot manipulation, and control group in which 27 patients were treated with common manipulation. The change of Cobb angle, VAS and JOA score, and the curative effect were evaluated before and after the treatment. Results Before and after the treatment, the change of Cobb angle of the treatment group was (11.84±5.257)°, and that of the control group was (8.07±6.189 )°(P〈0.05 ). The total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.5 %, that of the contrd group was 63.0% ( P 〈0.05 ). Conclusion Traction and foot manipulation are effective for lumbar disc herniation combining scoliosis.
