| 摘 要： | 目的观察仰卧位旋转拔伸手法治疗颈椎小关节紊乱的临床疗效。方法将60例颈椎小关节紊乱患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，各30例。对照组采用坐位屈颈旋转手法治疗，治疗组采用仰卧位旋转拔伸手法治疗，各治疗1次。结果治疗组的总有效率为100％，明显高于对照组的86．67％（P〈0．05）。结论仰卧位旋转拔伸手法治疗颈椎小关节紊乱安全、有效。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of supine rotative extending manipulations in the treatment of cervical small joint dysfunction. Methods Sxity subjects were randomized into two groups ： treatment group in which 30 cases were treated by supine rotative extending manipulations and control group in which 30 cases were treated by sitting neck-flexing rotative manipulations, both for one time. Results The total effective rate was 100% in treatment group and 86.67% in control group（P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion Supine rotative extending manipulations are safe and effective for cervical small joint dysfunction. |
