| 摘 要： | 《临证指南医案》所载医案反映了叶天士治疗胃痛的用药特点：实证根据不通则痛的病机和实则泻之的治疗原则,采用调理气机、祛痰化饮和活血通瘀的治疗方法;虚证根据不荣则痛的病机和虚则补之的治疗原则,采用温阳运脾、滋阴和胃、理气和营的治疗方法。皆注重用通法。邪实者,疏而导之,令其通达;不足者,补而行之,复其通畅。对现代临床胃痛的治疗有一定的借鉴意义和指导作用。

| Abstract: | The medical notes recorded in Medical Records for Clinical Guidance revealed the characteristics of his treatment experience of stomachache.The excess syndrome was treated respectively by regulating qi,eliminating phlegm and fluid,and promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis;while the deficiency syndrome was treated by warming yang and invigorating the spleen,nourishing yin and regulating stomach,promoting qi and ying according to the pathogenesis of stomachache. |
