人参皂苷Rg2对大鼠体内血栓形成及血小板聚集的影响

摘    要:国的观察人参皂苷Rg2对动物体内血栓形成时间及血小板聚集率的影响。方法采用体内血栓形成时间测定法,测定大鼠体内血栓的形成时间;采用由ADP诱导的血小板聚集率测定法,测定大鼠血小板聚集率。结朵Rg:(尾静脉注射2.5—10mg·kg^-1)能明显延长大鼠体内血栓的形成时间;Rg2(尾静脉注射2.5-10mg·kg^-1)能明显抑制大鼠由ADP诱导的血小板聚集率。结论人参皂苷Rg2对体内血栓的形成有明显的预防作用,对血小板聚集有明显的抑制作用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of Ginsenoside Rg2 on thrombus formation time and platelet aggregation. Methods The thrombus formation time of rats was measured after injection of Ginsenoside Rg2 and the platelet aggregation fraction was determined after induced by ADP. Results Ginsenoside Rg2 ( iv 2.5-10 mg · kg^-1 ) could extend the time of thrombus formation in rats and suppress platelet aggregation fraction. Conclusion Ginsenoside Rg2 can prevent thrombus formation and inhibit platelet aggregation.
