中长期中药干预对COPD稳定期患者细胞免疫功能及生存质量的影响

目的观察中长期中药（百令胶囊）干预对肺气虚型COPD稳定期患者的影响。方法将60例COPD患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。对照组给予基础干预治疗，治疗组在基础干预上予百令胶囊口服，两组疗程均为6个月，观察治疗前后T淋巴细胞亚群、肺功能及生存质量的变化情况。结果治疗组治疗后CD3^＋、CD4^＋、CD4^＋／CD8^＋明显升高，与对照组治疗后比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。治疗组治疗后FVC较治疗前明显改善（P〈0.01），与对照组治疗后比较，FVC、FEV1.0（％）、MVV差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。治疗组治疗后日常生活积分、抑郁积分、焦虑积分以及生存质量总分分值均明显下降（P〈0.01），与对照组治疗后比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论中长期予百令胶囊治疗可提高肺气虚COPD稳定期患者的生存质量和肺功能，并可改善T淋巴细胞亚群功能。

Effects of “Bailing Capsule” on Cellular Immunity and Quality of Life of Paitients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Diseases in Stable Phase

Objective To observe the medium-term and long-term efficacy of “Bailing Capsule” in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） in stable phase of lung qi deficiency. Methods Sixty COPD patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 patients in each group. The patients in the control group received routine treatment, and the patients in treatment group received “Bailing Capsule” besides routine treatment. Levels of T lymphocytes, lung function and life quality were observed. Results The activity of T lymphocyte subpopulation in the treatment group was significantly improved after treatment（P 〈0.01）. In the treatment group, FVC was markedly improved （P 〈0.01 ） , and FVC, FEV1.0（%）, MVV were higher than those in the control group （P 〈0.01 ）. Compared with the control group, the total mean score of QOL, general activity score, depression score, anxiety score and social activity score in the treatment group were significantly decreased（P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion “Bailing Capsule” may increase the levels of T lymphocyte subpopulation, and im- prove the lung function and quality of life in patients with COPD in stable phase.
