三七微粉与普通粉中有效成分的含量和溶出度比较

摘    要:目的比较三七微粉(20μm)和普通粉(粗粉、中粉、细粉、极细粉)的含量和溶出度。方法以三七皂苷R1和人参皂苷Rg1为指标成分,采用高效液相色谱法测定三七微粉和普通粉的含量和溶出度。结果中粉和细粉中三七皂苷R1和人参皂苷Rg1的含量和溶出速度、累积溶出量最好。结论在含量和溶出度方面,三七微粉不比普通粉有优势。

Comparison of Content and Dissolution Rate Between Norm Powder and Micro-powder of Panax notoginseng

Abstract:Objective To compare the content and dissolution rate between norm powder( coarse powder, mediate powder, fine powder and super fine powder) and micro-powder(20μm). Methods Notoginsenside R1 and ginsenoside Rgl were respectively analyzed by high performance liquid chromatograph (HPLC). Results The dissolution rate of mediate powder(65-100 mesh) and fine powder (100-200 mesh) was higher, and the content and total dissolved amount were larger. Conclusion In content and dissolution rate, micro-powders have no significant superiority.
