益气活血法治疗脑梗死87例临床观察

目的观察益气活血法治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。方法150例脑梗死患者随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上给予补阳还五汤煎服。观察治疗14天后两组的临床疗效和血液流变学指标变化。结果两组治疗后CSS评分均明显降低（P〈0.05）,且观察组优于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组总有效率为87.36%,对照组为61.90（P〈0.05）。两组治疗后血液流变学均有明显改善（P〈0.05）,观察组的改善优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论益气活血法治疗脑梗死疗效确切。

Clinical Observation of Qi-Enriching and Blood-Activating Therapy for Cerebral Infarction in 87 Cases

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of qi-enriching and blood-activating therapy for cerebral infarction.Methods 150 subjects were randomized into two groups：treatment group in which 87 cases were treated with qi-enriching and blood-activating therapy and routine modalities,and control group in which 63 cases were treated with routine modalities.The clinical efficacy and blood rheology were measured.Results After 14-day treatments,the Chinese stroke scale （CSS） was reduced in both groups（P〈0.05）,with more significant reduction in treatment group than in control group（P〈0.05）;the total effective rate was 87.36%in treatment group,higher than 61.90%in the control group（P〈0.05）.The blood rheology was obviously improved in both groups（P〈0.05）,with more significant improvements in the treatment group than in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The qi-enriching and blood-activating therapy is effective for cerebral infarction.
