| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨BRG1基因蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达及与pRb、p53基因的相互关系。方法 应用S-P免疫组化法检测30例胃癌组织中BRG1及pRb和p53的表达情况，分析其相关性，并且结合临床病理因素，初步探讨其和胃癌发生、发展及预后的关系。结果 BRG1与pRb的表达有相关性，而和p53无关。BRG1在胃癌中的表达率为76.67％(23/30)，与正常组织相比呈高表达。BRG1和pRb的表达与胃癌的浸润、淋巴结转移、分级和分期有关。结论 BRG1蛋自在胃癌中高表达，对胃癌的发生、发展可能起重要作用。BRG1及pRb的表达可作为判断胃癌恶性程度及预后的重要指标。

| Abstract: | Purpose To study BRG1 expression in gastric carcinoma and its relationship with pRb and p53. Methods By S-P immunohistochemical staining, the expression of BRG1, pRb and p53 in 30 cases of gastric cancer was examined to investigate its development and prognosis. Results The expression of BRG1 was related to pRb (P<0.05), but not to p53. BRG1 expression rate was 76.67% in gastric carcinoma, which was higher than that in normal tissue 44.44%. The expression of BRG1 and pRb was rlated to tumor growth, lymphonode metastasis and tumor differentiation. Conclusions It is suggested that BRG1 may play an important role in the development of gastric carcinoma. The BRG1 and pRb expression can be used as an important indicator for evaluation of malignancy and prognosis of gastric carcinoma. |
