| 摘 要： | 用恒温加速实验法进行了异山梨醇口服液的稳定性研究，初步探讨了调节其ｐＨ值的不同物质及不同ｐＨ值对其稳定性的影响。结果表明，Ｈ_３ＢＯ_３（ｐＨ３．８４）及维生素Ｃ（ｐＨ２．５４３条件下的和值较理想，光照对其稳定性影响较小。

| Abstract: | The study on stability of isosorbide oral solution was conducted by isothermal method.The effects of a series of materials used to regulate pH on the stability of isosorbide oral solution were explored. Test results show that the half life and the storage life are desirable under the condition of boric acid (pH=3. 84) and ascorbic acid (pH=2. 54) at room temperature.The effects of light on the stability is little. |
