| 摘 要： | 回顾性总结我院992例(1997．3～2003．5)直肠癌结-肛吻合术病例，探讨术后肛周护理的意义、指征、内容和方法。作者认为：加强术后护理对减少吻合口及肛术后护及肛周盆腔并发症及促进术后肛门括约肌恢复功能具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective:To assess the significance and methods of nursing care in the postoperative period of colo-anal anastomoses,and the important assurance was to decrase the complications of anastomotic,perianus and pelvis by adequate perianal nursing,and it was also helpful for restoration of function of anal sphincter. |
