调督理筋针法联合醋氯酚酸胶囊治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效观察

目的观察调督理筋针法配合醋氯酚酸胶囊治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法将67例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为2组,治疗组33例予调督理筋针法配合醋氯芬酸胶囊治疗,对照组34例予普通针刺法配合醋氯芬酸胶囊治疗。2组均治疗2周后统计临床疗效,并观察2组治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、症状体征量化评分情况。结果 2组疗效经秩和检验,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗组临床疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后VAS评分均较本组治疗前降低(P0.05),2组治疗后组间比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);2组治疗后症状体征量化评分均较本组治疗前提高(P0.05),治疗组治疗后颈肩部疼痛不适、上肢疼痛与麻木、手指疼痛与不适及感觉评分较对照组提高(P0.05)。结论调督理筋针法联合醋氯酚酸胶囊对于神经根型颈椎病有很好的治疗效果,尤其在颈肩部的疼痛不适、上肢疼痛与麻木、手指疼痛与不适及感觉方面的疗效更加显著。

Clinical observation of Governor Meridian-regulating and tendon-regulation acupuncture combined with aceclofenac on nerve-root cervical spondylopathy

Objective To observe the clinical effects of Governor Meridian-regulating and tendon-regulation acupuncture combined with aceclofenac on the treatment of nerve-root cervical spondylopathy.Methods 67 patients with nerve-root cervical spondylopathy were randomly divided into two groups.33 cases in treatment group were treated by Governor Meridian-regulating and tendon-regulation acupuncture combined with aceclofenac capsules.34 cases in control group were treated by ordinary acupuncture combined with aceclofenac capsules.The curative effects were evaluated 2 weeks after treatment in two groups.The scores of the visual analog scale (VAS), the symptom and physical sign before and after treatment were observed in two groups.Results The curative effects in the treatment group was better than that in the control group with statistical differences by rank sum test (P<0.05).The scores of VAS after treatment were reduced in two groups (P<0.05), and there were statistical differences on VAS after treatment between two groups (P<0.05).The scores of symptom and physical sign after treatment were increased in two groups.The scores of the pain and discomfort of shoulders, the pain and numbness of upper limbs, the pain and discomfort of fingers and sensory after treatment in treatment group were increased compared with control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Governor Meridian-regulating and tendon-regulation acupuncture combined with aceclofenac has a good therapeutic effect on the treatment of nerve-root cervical spondylopathy, especially the curative effects are more significant on the pain and discomfort of shoulders, the pain and numbness of upper limbs, the pain and discomfort of fingers and sensory.
