活血为主的中药周期疗法治疗子宫憩室临床观察

目的观察活血为主的中药周期疗法治疗子宫憩室的临床疗效。方法将40例子宫憩室患者随机分为2组,治疗组20例予活血为主的中药周期疗法治疗,对照组20例予去氧孕烯炔雌醇片周期性治疗。治疗第1、2、3个月经周期,比较2组疗效,观察2组治疗前后D-二聚体、血小板凝集率变化。结果治疗组治疗第3个月经周期总有效率95.0%,对照组85.0%,2组治疗第3个月经周期总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。治疗组治疗第1、2、3个月经周期D-二聚体、血小板凝集率均低于对照组治疗同期(P0.05)。结论活血为主的中药周期疗法治疗子宫憩室安全、简单、有效。

Clinical observation of traditional Chinese medicine cycle therapy for activating blood primarily on the treatment of uterine diverticulum

Objective To observe the clinical effects of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) cycle therapy for activating blood primarily on the treatment of uterine diverticulum.Methods 40 uterine diverticulum patients were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group (n=20) were treated by TCM cycle therapy for activating blood primarily, the control group (n=20) were treated by marvelon.The curative effects were compared after 1,2,3 menstural cycle treatment between two groups, the D-dimer and platelet aggregation rate before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of the third menstrual cycle in treatment group (95.0%) was superior to that in control group(85.0%, P<0.05.The D-dimer and platelet aggregation rate after 1, 2, 3 menstrual cycle treatment in treatment group were inferior to those in control group at the same period(P<0.05).Conclusion The TCM cycle therapy for activating blood primarily on the treatment of uterine diverticulum is safe, simple and effective.
