升血颗粒配合化疗对老年晚期非小细胞肺癌患者免疫功能的影响

目的观察升血颗粒配合化疗对老年晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者免疫功能的影响。方法将符合纳入标准的120例老年晚期NSCLC患者随机分为2组,每组60例。对照组行吉西他滨化疗,治疗组在对照组基础上配合服用升血颗粒。2组均以21 d为1个治疗周期,连续治疗2个周期。2组患者均在治疗前及治疗2个化疗周期后测定外周血T淋巴细胞亚群CD3~+、CD4~+、CD8~+,比较免疫功能的变化;比较2组化疗期间白细胞计数下降、血小板计数减少、恶心呕吐的发生率。结果对照组CD3~+、CD4~+和CD4~+/CD8~+均较本组治疗前下降(P0.05),治疗组CD3~+、CD4~+和CD4~+/CD8~+较本组治疗前升高(P0.05);2组治疗前后CD8~+无明显变化(P0.05);治疗后2组组间比较显示,治疗组CD3~+、CD4~+和CD4~+/CD8~+较对照组高(P0.05),CD8~+较对照组低(P0.05)。治疗组白细胞计数下降、血小板计数减少及恶心呕吐发生率均低于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论在吉西他滨治疗老年晚期NSCLC过程中联合使用升血颗粒能增强患者的细胞免疫功能,减轻化疗不良反应,进而增强化疗的耐受性,值得临床推广使用。

Effects of Shengxue granules combined with chemotherapy on immune function in elderly patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer

Objective To observe the clinical effects of Shengxue granules combined with chemotherapy on immune function for elderly patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).Methods 120 elderly patients with advanced NSCLC accordance with the inclusive criteria were randomly divided into two groups, 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated by gemcitabine (GEM), and the treatment group was treated by Shengxue granules on the basis of control group treatment.21 d as 1 treatment cycle, continuous treatment for 2 cycles.The T lymphocyte subsets CD3+, CD4+, CD8+ of peripheral blood before and after 2 cycles were tested in two groups.The immune function and the adverse reaction extent of leukocyte count decrease, thrombocytopenia, nausea and vomiting were compared in two groups during chemotherapy.Results The CD3+, CD4+and CD4+/CD8+ after treatment were reduced in the control group (P<0.05), which in the treatment group were increased (P<0.05).There was no statistical difference on CD8+ between before and after treatment in two groups (P> 0.05).The CD3+, CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ after treatment in treatment group were higher than those in control group (P<0.05) , and the CD8+ was lower (P<0.05).The incidence rate of white blood cell decrease, thrombocytopenia, nausea and vomiting after treatment in treatment group were lower than those in control group, with statistical difference (P<0.05).Conclusion GEM combined with Shengxue granules can enhance the cellular immune function on the treatment of elderly patients with advanced NSCLC, reduce adverse reactions of chemotherapy, and thus enhance the tolerance of chemotherapy, worthy of clinical application.
