仲景脾胃学术思想浅论

从两个方面论述仲景脾胃学术思想。(1)阳道实,阴道虚:阳明胃病多实多热,或有形实邪结滞、或无形邪热内扰、又或热伤胃津,仲景以寒凉来清降胃腑;太阴脾病多虚多寒,或中阳虚弱、或火不生土,通过温运脾阳或温补肾阳,以复脾之健运。(2)调气机,复升降:脾胃枢机不利,清气不升、浊阴不降,仲景或升清、或降浊使清浊归于常道;若清浊相混、寒热错杂于中,则寒温并用、辛开苦降,开中焦之郁结,复脾胃气机之升降。

Primary Analysis of Zhang Zhongjing's Spleen and Stomach Theory

To analyse Zhang Zhongjing's spleen and stomach theory from two aspects:(1)Yang Daoshi, Yin Daoxu.Yang Daoshi, Zhongjing would use cold and cool herbs to clean up pathogenic factors in stomach and drop stomach-qi.Material pathogenic factors gathering in Yaming-stomach, immaterial pathogenic heat disturbing stomach, or pathogenic heat expending Yin fluid in stomach, they have a common pathogenic basic-pathogenic heat gathers in Yaming-stomach.Zhongjing concentrated on the common pathogenic basic, using cold and cool herbs to clean up pathogenic heat.So, the stomach restores its physiological function.Yin Daoxu, Zhongjing would use warm herbs to invigorate splenic Yang.According to Teasise on Febrile Diseases and Synopsis of Golden Chamber lue, Zhongjing concentrating on splenic Yang, the splenic Yang's reducing is the common pathogenic basic of splenic diseases.When the location of disease was in Taiyin-spleen, Zhongjing would use warm herbs to invigorate splenic Yang only.If the location of disease related to kidney, Zhongjing would use supplement fire to engender earth, strengthen kidney Yang to nourish splenic Yang.By means of using warm herbs to invigorate splenic Yang, the spleen restores its physiological function.(2) Restoring qi's rise and fall when the movement of qi is disorder.Normally, spleen transports nutrients upwards and stomach serves to transport the digested food downwards, which build on order of the movement of qi.So, when the movement of qi was disorder, Zhongjing would use rising splenic Yang herbs and falling stomach Yin herbs to restore the order of the movement of qi.On the other hand, when cold and hot were fighting in the stomach, qi's rise and fall would disorder, Zhongjing would use acrid and warm herbs to restore the spleen transports nutrients upwards, bitter and cool herbs to restore the stomach serves to transport the digested food downwards.By this methods, the spleen and the stomach recover the normal function of rising and falling.
