黄芪桂枝汤联合康复治疗卒中后肩手综合征急性期80例临床疗效

目的观察黄芪桂枝汤联合康复治疗卒中后肩手综合征急性期临床疗效。方法将80例卒中后肩手综合征急性期患者随机分为2组,对照组40例予康复治疗,治疗组40例在对照组康复治疗基础上加用黄芪桂枝汤治疗。2组均6 d为1个疗程,疗程间休息1 d,3个疗程后统计临床疗效,并观察2组治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、肿胀积分、上肢功能评分表评分(DASH)及Fugl-Meyer评分(FMA)情况。结果治疗组总有效率90%,对照组总有效率75%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后VAS评分、肿胀积分、DASH评分及FMA评分较本组治疗前均改善(P0.05),且治疗组改善优于对照组(P0.05)。结论黄芪桂枝汤联合康复治疗卒中后肩手综合征急性期疗效确切。

Clinical effects of Huangqi-guizhi decoction combined with rehabilitation on shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke in acute stage

Objective To observe the clinical effects of Huangqi-guizhi decoction combined with rehabilitation on shoulder-hand syndrome (SHS) after stroke in acute stage.Methods 80 patients with SHS after stroke in acute stage were randomly divided into two groups.40 cases in control group were treated by rehabilitation, 40 cases in treatment group were treated by Huangqi-guizhi decoction on the basis of control group.The treatment course was 6 d in two groups and rest 1 d during the treatment course.The clinical effects were evaluated after 3 courses, and the scores of visual analogue scale (VAS), swelling, disability of arm shoulder and hand (DASH) and Fugl-Meyer assessment (FMA) before and after treatment were observed in two groups.Results There were statistical differences on the total effective rate between treatment group (90%) and control group (75%, P<0.05), and the clinical effects in treatment group was superior to that in control group.The scores of VAS,suelling,DASH and FMA after treatment were improved in two group (P<0.05),and the improvement in treatment group was superior to that in contrd group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with rehabilitation has exact effects on shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke in acute stage.
