强化康复对中风后遗症期患者运动功能障碍的影响

目的观察强化康复对中风后遗症期患者运动功能障碍的影响,探讨对于中风后遗症期有运动功能障碍的患者进行强化康复治疗的作用和意义。方法将60例中风后遗症期患者随机分为治疗组29例,对照组31例(最终完成研究30例)。对照组给予家庭康复治疗,治疗组住院给予强化康复治疗,2组疗程均为40 d。采用简化Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分法以及Barthel指数评定2组患者运动功能及日常生活活动能力变化情况。结果治疗后,治疗组简化Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分和Barthel指数均较本组治疗前提高,其治疗前后差值大于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05),而对照组治疗前后无明显变化(P0.05)。结论强化康复治疗可改善中风后遗症期患者运动功能和日常生活活动能力,对中风后遗症患者进行康复治疗具有临床价值。

Effects of intensive rehabilitation on motor dysfunction in stroke sequela phase

Objective To observe the effects of intensive rehabilitation on motor dysfunction in stroke sequela phase, and explore its role in rehabilitation treatment for motor dysfunction patients during stroke sequela phase.Methods Using randomized and controlled methods, 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group (n=29) and control group (n=31, 30 cases were finished finaly).Patients in control group were treated by family rehabilitation treatment, and the treatment group were treated by intensive rehabilitation, continuously treatment for 40 d.The motor function and activities of daily living were evaluated by simplified Fugl-Meyer motor function assessment (FMA) and Barthel index.Results The scores of simplified FMA and Barthel index after treatment were increased in treatment group, and the difference of before and after treatment in treatment group was greater than that in control group, with statistically significant (P<0.05), which improvement was superior to control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Intensive rehabilitation treatment can improve the motor function and activities of daily living of motor dysfunction patients during stroke sequela phase, which is significantly better than conventional family rehabilitation.
