针刺联合补肾通络方治疗肾亏血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症的疗效观察

目的观察针刺联合补肾通络方治疗肾亏血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将80例肾亏血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为2组,对照组40例予针刺治疗,治疗组40例在对照组治疗基础上加补肾通络方治疗。2组均治疗14 d统计疗效,观察2组治疗前后视觉模拟评分(VAS)、Oswestry功能障碍评分(ODI)情况。结果治疗组总有效率95.0%,对照组总有效率87.5%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后VAS评分均降低(P0.05),且治疗组降低优于对照组(P0.05)。2组治疗后ODI评分均降低(P0.05),且治疗组降低优于对照组(P0.05)。结论针刺联合补肾通络方治疗老年肾亏血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症疗效确切。

Clinical observation of acupuncture combined with Bushen-tongluo formula on lumbar disc herniation with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type

Objective To observe the clinical effects of acupuncture combined with Bushen-tongluo formula on the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods 80 lumbar disc herniation patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type were randomly divided into two groups.40 cases in the control group were treated by acupuncture,and 40 cases in the treatment group were treated by Bushen-tongluo formula on the basis of the control group.The curative effects were evaluated after treatment 14 d in two groups.The scores of visual analog scale (VAS) and Oswestry Disability Index (ODI) before and after treatmentwere observed in two groups.Results There were statistical differences on the total effective rate between the treatment group (95.0％) and the control group (87.5％,P ＜ 0.05),and the clinical effects in the treatment group was superior that in the control group.The VAS scores after treatment reduced in two groups (P ＜ 0.05),and the reduction in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The ODI scores after treatment reduced in two groups (P ＜ 0.05),and the reduction in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Bushen-tongluo formula has exact effects on the treatment of elderly lumbar disc herniation with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type.
