益肾沉潜方联合他莫昔芬对乳腺癌患者免疫功能的影响

目的观察益肾沉潜方联合他莫昔芬对乳腺癌患者免疫功能的影响。方法将60例符合纳入标准的乳腺癌患者随机分为2组,对照组30例予枸橼酸他莫昔芬片治疗,治疗组30例在对照组治疗基础上加益肾沉潜方,2组均治疗3个月。比较2组治疗前后肿瘤标记物癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原153(CA153)、CA125及外周血T淋巴细胞亚群CD3~+、CD4~+、CD8~+、CD4~+/CD8~+变化情况。结果治疗后,治疗组CEA、CA153、CA125水平及对照组CEA、CA153水平均较本组治疗前明显下降(P0.05);治疗后2组组间比较显示,CEA、CA153、CA125水平比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后,治疗组CD3~+、CD4~+、CD4~+/CD8~+较本组治疗前升高(P0.05),CD8~+降低(P0.05),且与对照组治疗后比较差异亦均有统计学意义(P0.05);对照组治疗后CD3~+较本组治疗前明显降低(P0.05),CD4~+、CD8~+、CD4~+/CD8~+无明显变化(P0.05)。结论益肾沉潜方配合他莫昔芬治疗乳腺癌,能够减轻他莫昔芬的副作用,增强细胞免疫功能。

Effects of Yishen-chenqian formula combined with tamoxifen on the immune function in patients with breast cancer

Objective To observe the effects of Yishen-chenqian formula combined with tamoxifen on the immune function in patients with breast cancer.Methods 60 patients with breast cancer who met inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups.The control group (n =30) was treated by tamoxifen citrate tablets,the treatment group (n =30) was treated by Yishen-chenqian formula on the basis of the control group,continuously treatment for 3 months.The carcino-embryonic antigen (CEA),carbohydrate antigen 153 (CA153),CA125,and the changes of peripheral blood T-lymphocyte subsets (CD3 +,CD4 +,CD8 +,CD4 +/CD8 +) before and after treatment were compared in two groups.Results The CEA,CA153 and CA125 in treatment group and the CEA and CA153 in control group after treatment were significantly decreased (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,there was no statistical difference on the CEA,CA153 and CA125 between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05).The CD3 +,CD4 + and CD4 +/CD8 + after treatment were increased in treatment group (P ＜ 0.05),and CD8 + reduced (P ＜ 0.05),and there were statistical differences between the treatment group and the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The CD3 + after treatment was significantly reduced in control group (P ＜ 0.05),CD4 +,CD8 + and CD4 +/CD8 + had no obvious change (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Yishen-chenqian formula combined with tamoxifen on the treatment of breast cancer,can reduce the side effects of tamoxifen and enhance cellular immune function.
