穴位按摩配合进食训练治疗卒中后吞咽障碍36例

目的观察穴位按摩配合进食训练治疗卒中后吞咽障碍的临床效果。方法将70例卒中后吞咽障碍患者随机分为2组,治疗组36例采用穴位按摩配合进食训练治疗,对照组34例仅进行进食训练。2组均10 d为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后评定效果。治疗前后进行反复唾液吞咽试验和洼田饮水试验,比较2组治疗效果。结果 2组治疗后30 s内完成吞咽次数3次比例及吞咽的幅度2 cm比例均明显高于本组治疗前,且治疗组高于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。2组治疗后洼田饮水试验分级均较本组治疗前明显改善(P0.05),且治疗组改善优于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗组总有效率91.67%,对照组79.41%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗组临床疗效优于对照组。结论穴位按摩配合进食训练治疗卒中后吞咽障碍,可以明显改善患者的吞咽功能,疗效确切。

Clinical observation of Acupoint Massage combined with feeding training on the treatment of post-stroke dysphagia

Objective To observe the clinical effects of Acupoint Massage combined with feeding training on the treatment post-stroke dysphagia.Methods 72 patients with post-stroke dysphagia were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group (n=36) was treated by Acupoint Massage combined with feeding training.The control group (n=34) was treated by feeding training.10 times as one treatment course in two groups, and the curative effect was assessed after 2 courses.The swallow saliva test and kubota drinking water test before and after treatment were tested repeatedly, and the therapeutic effects were compared between two groups.Results The classification of kubota drinking water test after treatment was significantly improved in two groups (P<0.05), and the improvement in the treatment group was better than that in the control group, with statistical difference (P<0.05).The ratios of finish swallowing number > 3 times 30 s after treatment and the amplitude of the swallow > 2 cm after treatment were significantly higher than before treatment, which in treatment group was higher than control group (P<0.05).The clinical effect in treatment group (91.67%) was superior to that in control group (79.41%,P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint Massage combined with feeding training can significantly improve swallowing function, has exact effect on the treatment of post-stroke dysphagia.
