复方苦参汤超声雾化熏洗对混合痔术后治疗作用研究

目的观察复方苦参汤超声雾化熏洗对改善混合痔术后疼痛、肛缘水肿及便时出血,促进创面愈合的效果。方法将80例混合痔外剥内扎术患者随机分为2组,治疗组40例予复方苦参汤超声雾化熏洗治疗,对照组40例予1∶5 000高锰酸钾溶液超声雾化熏洗治疗,均每日2次,治疗7d。分别在治疗后第2、5、8d观察比较2组疼痛、肛缘水肿及便时出血改善情况,比较2组创面愈合时间及临床疗效。结果治疗组治疗后第5、8d止痛效果、便时出血改善情况均优于对照组(P0.05),用药后第8d肛缘水肿改善情况优于对照组(P0.05);2组创面愈合时间无明显差异(P0.05)。2组临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论复方苦参汤超声雾化熏洗适用于混合痔术后,能有效缓解疼痛,减轻肛缘水肿、便时出血等症状,无明显不良反应,是一种安全有效的方法。

Clinical observation on ultrasonic atomization fumigation of compound Kuh-seng decoction for post-operation of mixed hemorrhoid

Objective To observe the effects of ultrasonic atomization fumigation of compound Kuh-seng decoction on post-operation pain, verge edema and hemafecia in patients with mixed hemorrhoid.Methods 80 patients after hemorrhoids milligant-morgant hemorrhoidectomy were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group (n=40) was treated by ultrasonic atomization fumigation of compound Kuh-seng decoction, and the control group(n=40) was treated by ultrasonic atomization fumigation of potassium permanganate (1:5000), twice daily for 7 d.The improvements of pain, anal verge edema and hemafecia were observed after 2, 5, 8 d treatment in two groups, and the curative effect was compared between two groups.Results The analgesic effect and the improvement of hemafecia after 5, 8 d treatment in treatment group were better than those in control group, the improvement of edema after 8 d treatment in treatment group was superior to control group (P<0.05).There was no statistical difference on wound healing time between two groups (P>0.05).The curative effects in treatment group was superior to control group, with statistical difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasonic atomization fumigation of compound Kuh-seng decoction is appropriate for mixed hemorrhoid, can effectively relived pain, reduce anal verge edema and hemafecia, with no obvious adverse effects, which is a safe and effective therapy.
