安胃汤联合化疗治疗中晚期胃癌临床观察

目的观察安胃汤联合化疗治疗中晚期胃癌的临床疗效。方法将48例中晚期胃癌患者随机分为2组,对照组24例予注射用奥沙利铂联合替吉奥胶囊常规化疗方案,治疗组24例在对照组治疗基础上加用安胃汤口服。2组均3周为1个周期,治疗2个周期,观察2组治疗前后中医证候积分变化,比较2组中医证候疗效、近期疗效,观察2组不良反应发生情况。结果 2组治疗后各项中医证候积分、总分均较本组治疗前降低(P0.05),且治疗组治疗后降低更明显(P0.05)。治疗组总有效率87.50%,对照组总有效率41.67%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗组中医证候疗效优于对照组。2组近期疗效总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05),2组近期疗效相当。治疗组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P0.05)。结论安胃汤联合化疗治疗中晚期胃癌,能明显减轻患者化疗毒副反应,改善临床症状,提高生活质量。

Clinical observation of Anwei decoction combined with chemotherapy on advanced gastric cancer

Objective To observe the clinical effects of Anwei decoction combined with chemotherapy on advanced gastric cancer.Method 48 patients with advanced gastric cancer were randomly divided into two groups.The control group (n=24) was treated by oxaliplatin combined with S1 capsule.The treatment group (n=24) was treated by Anwei decoction on the basis of the control group.The treatment cycle was 3 weeks and continuously treatment for two cycles.in two groups.The integrals of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndromes before and after treatment were observed in two groups.The curative effects of TCM syndromes and short-term effects were compared in two groups, and the adverse reactions were observed.Results The each integral and all integrals of TCM syndromes after treatment were reduced in two groups (P<0.05), and the reduction in treatment group was more obvious (P<0.05).There were statistical differences on the total effective rate between the treatment group (87.50%) and the control group (41.67%, P<0.05), the curative effects of TCM syndromes in treatment group was superior to that in control group.There was no statistical difference on the short-term effects between two groups (P>0.05), with equivalent efficacy.The incidence of adverse reactions in treatment group was lower than that in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Anwei decoction combined with chemotherapy on the treatment of advanced gastric cancer, can significantly reduce the toxic reactions of chemotherapy, improve the clinical symptoms, and enhance the quality of life.
