骨折速愈汤对桡骨远端骨折患者中医症状评分及关节疼痛程度的影响

目的观察骨折速愈汤治疗桡骨远端骨折的疗效。方法将80例桡骨远端骨折患者随机分为2组,对照组40例予手法复位及小夹板固定治疗,治疗组40例在对照组基础上予骨折速愈汤联合治疗。2组治疗前及治疗6个月后均检查掌倾角、尺偏角情况,进行各项中医症状评分及疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分,并统计疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果 2组治疗6个月后掌倾角、尺偏角均较本组治疗前明显改善(P0.05),2组治疗后掌倾角、尺偏角比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。2组治疗6个月后各项中医症状评分及VAS评分均降低(P0.05),治疗组各项中医症状评分及VAS评分均低于对照组(P0.05)。治疗组总有效率95.0%,优于对照组(67.5%,P0.05)。2组治疗不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论骨折速愈汤可有效改善桡骨远端骨折的临床治疗效果。

Effects of Quick healing of fracture decoction on Traditional Chinese Medicine Symptom scores and joint pain degree in patients with distal radius fracture

Objective To observe the curative effects of Quick healing of fracture decoction on the treatment of distal radius fracture.Methods 80 patients with distal radius fracture were randomly divided into two groups.40 cases in control group were treated by manual reduction and small splint fixation.40 cases in treatment group were treated by Quick healing of fracture decoction on the basis of control group treatment.The palm tilt, ulnar inclination, and the scores of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) symptom and Visual Analog Scale (VAS) were measured in two groups before and after 6 months treatment.The curative effect was evaluated and the adverse reactions were observed.Results The palm tilt and ulnar inclination after 6 months treatment were significantly improved in two groups (P<0.05), and there was no statistical difference between two groups (P>0.05).The scores of TCM symptom and VAS after 6 months treatment were reduced in two groups (P<0.05),and the scores in treatment group were lower than those in control group (P<0.05).The total effective rate in treatment group (95.0%) was superior to that in control group (67.5%, P<0.05).There was no statistical difference on adverse reactions between two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Quick healing of fracture decoction can effectively improve clinical effects on distal radius fractures.
