针刺回阳九针穴对中风后遗症患者脑血流的影响

目的观察针刺回阳九针穴对中风后遗症患者脑血流的影响。方法将100例中风患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各50例。治疗组采用针刺回阳九针穴治疗,对照组根据入选病例的实际情况,脑出血病人给予调整血压,维持水、电解质及酸碱平衡,防治感染等。脑梗死病人给予抗血小板聚集、降脂、营养神经、改善脑循环等治疗。结果与治疗前比较,两组大脑大脑中动脉(MCA)、大脑前动脉(ACA)、大脑后动脉(PCA)平均动脉血流速度均有增快(P0.05),而治疗组能更明显改善大脑中动脉、大脑后动脉供血状况(P0.05)。结论针刺回阳九针穴能显著增加大脑中、后动脉血流供血,加速受损脑组织的修复。

Effects of Acupuncture on Huiyang Jiuzhen Point on Cerebral Blood Flow in Patients with Stroke Sequelae

Objective To observe the effects of acupuncture on Huiyang Jiuzhen point on cerebral blood flow in patients with stroke sequelae.Methods 100 cases of patients with stroke sequelae were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 50 cases in each group.Ttreatment group received acupuncture on Huiyang Jiuzhen point, control group was treated according to the actual situation in selected cases, cerebral hemorrhage patients were given blood pressure adjustment, maintenance of water, electrolyte and acid-base balance and prevention of infection.Infarction patients were given anti-platelet aggregation, lipid-lowering, neurotrophic, improving cerebral circulation and other treatment.Result Compared with pre-treatment, MCA, ACA, PCA and mean arterial blood flow velocity of both groups were faster (P<0.05), while the treatment group improved significantly obviously in cerebral artery, posterior cerebral artery condition (P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture on Huiyang Jiuzhen point can significantly increase the blood flow supply of MCA and PCA, thus to accelerate the repair of damaged brain tissue.
