原发性小肠淋巴瘤（I）：组织学类型及CT诊断

原发性小肠淋巴瘤（PSIL）是指原发于十二指肠、空肠和回肠黏膜下淋巴组织的恶性肿瘤,较少见,绝大多数为非霍奇金淋巴瘤。CT肠道成像对显示小肠淋巴瘤具有重要价值。充分认识该病的临床和影像学表现是正确诊断与鉴别诊断的基础。就PSIL的临床表现、CT肠道成像检查及其影像表现进行介绍,旨在提高对该病的诊断水平。

Primary small intestinal lymphoma (Ⅰ):histologic type and CT diagnosis

Primary small intestinal lymphoma (PSIL) is a malignant tumor originating in the submucosal lymphoid tissue of duodenum, jejunum and ileum, which is rare and mostly non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. CT enterography is of great value in displaying small intestinal lymphoma. Understanding of the imaging features and clinical manifestations of the disease is the basis for an accurate diagnosis and differential diagnosis. In order to improve the diagnosis of PSIL, this paper introduces the clinical manifestations, CT small intestine angiography, and imaging findings of PSIL.
