| Abstract: | Osteoporosis fracture is a serious complication of osteoporosis. Clinical effective prevention and reduction of osteoporotic fracture can alleviate social economic pressure and reduce the waste of medical resources. FRAX is a simple fracture risk assessment tool recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2018. Its advantages of simplicity and relative accuracy have been recommended by many national guidelines at home and abroad. At present, FRAX is widely used in the risk probability assessment of primary or secondary osteoporotic fractures, and some positive research results have been obtained. This article will summarize the application of FRAX in osteoporotic fracture of chronic kidney disease and its application value to provide reference ideas for clinical practice. |
