HLC-723GX全自动糖化血红蛋白分析仪检测糖化血红蛋白在糖尿病诊断中的价值分析

目的:研究探讨HLC-723GX全自动糖化血红蛋白分析仪检测糖化血红蛋白在糖尿病诊断中的价值,总结临床治疗经验。方法:选自本院2019年6月~12月收治的30例糖尿病患者作为研究组,选择本院门诊同期老年健康体检者30例作为对照组。分析HLC-723GX全自动糖化血红蛋白分析仪HbAlc的精密度、准确度,检测两组的糖化血红蛋白(Glycated hemoglobin,HbAlc)的结果,比较其诊断价值。结果:待评检测系统HbA1c批内、批间CV均符合要求,精密度达标;待评检测系统与目标检测系统检测结果偏倚<1/2TEa,准确度达标;对照组患者HbAlc的阳性率为0,研究组患者HbAlc的阳性率为96.67%,其中1例患者HbAlc值无明显异常。结论:HLC-723GX全自动糖化血红蛋白分析仪检测糖化血红蛋白不但准确度很高,同时具有较高的精密度,能够根据最终的糖化血红蛋白值进行糖尿病的诊断。

Value Analysis of Glycosylated Hemoglobin Detected by HLC-723GX Automatic Glycosylated Hemoglobin Analyzer in the Diagnosis of Diabetes Mellitus

Objective:To study the value of HLC-723GX automatic glycosylated hemoglobin analyzer in the diagnosis of diabetes,To summarize the clinical treatment experience.Methods:A total of 30 diabetic patients admitted to our hospital from June to December 2019 were selected as the research group,and 30 elderly healthy people who underwent outpatient medical examinations in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.To analyze the precision and accuracy of HLC-723GX automatic glycated hemoglobin analyzer HbAlc,to detect the results of glycated hemoglobin(HbAlc)in the two groups,and to compare its diagnostic value.Results:The HbA1c intra-and inter-assay CVs of the test system to be evaluated met the requirements,and the precision was up to the standard;the bias of the test results of the test system to be evaluated and the target detection system was less than 1/2TEa,and the accuracy was up to the standard;The positive rate of HbAlc in the control group was 0,and the positive rate of HbAlc in the study group was 96.67%,of which 1 patient had no obvious abnormal HbAlc value.Conclusion:The HLC-723GX automatic glycated hemoglobin analyzer can detect glycated hemoglobin not only with high accuracy,but also with high precision.It can diagnose diabetes based on the final glycated hemoglobin value.
