The Application Value of Different Ultrasonic Examination Methods in the Classification of Uterine Myoma

Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic value of different ultrasonic examination methods in the classification of uterine myoma.Methods:100 cases of hysteromyoma received by our hospital from December 2018 to December 2020 were randomly selected as the subjects.All patients were examined by abdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound.The results of transabdominal ultrasound,transvaginal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound combined with transvaginal ultrasound were analyzed according to the classification of surgical pathological results.Results:Transabdominal ultrasound diagnosis of uterine fibroids was accurate in 3 cases of type 0,accurate in 4 cases of type 1,accurate in 5 cases of type 2,accurate in 9 cases of type 3,accurate in 21 cases of type 4,accurate in 12 cases of type 5,and accurate in type 6.11 cases,4 cases of type 7 were accurate,and 7 cases of type 2-5,a total of 76 cases were accurate,the diagnostic accuracy of typing was 76.00%,and the Kappa value=0.482,which was consistent.Transvaginal ultrasound diagnosis of uterine fibroids was accurate in 4 cases of type 0,6 cases of type 1,7 cases of type 2,10 cases of type 3,23 cases of type 4,13 cases of type 5,and 12 cases of type 6.3 cases of type 7 were accurate,7 cases of type 2-5 were accurate,a total of 85 cases were accurate,the diagnostic accuracy of typing was 85.00%,and the Kappa value=0.577,which was consistent.Transabdominal ultrasonography combined with transvaginal ultrasonography was accurate in 5 cases of type 0,8 cases of type 1,8 cases of type 2,11 cases of type 3,24 cases of type 4,15 cases of type 5,and 6 cases of type 5.Type 7 was accurate in 15 cases,type 7 was accurate in 4 cases,and type 2-5 was in 8 cases,a total of 98 cases were accurate.The accuracy of transabdominal ultrasonography combined with transvaginal ultrasonography in diagnosing uterine fibroids was higher than that of transabdominal ultrasonography and transvaginal ultrasonography,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the classification diagnosis of uterine myoma,the application of abdominal ultrasound combined with transvaginal ultrasound is effective in the diagnosis of myoma,which can effectively reflect the location information of the patients with myoma,and the accuracy of classification diagnosis is high.
