Clinical Characteristics of Interrogative Intonation in Non-fluent Aphasia Patients

Objective To explore the characteristics of interrogative intonation in non-fluent aphasia patients and provide reference for clinical rehabilitation.Methods From November 2018 to January 2019,17 patients with non-fluent aphasia patients(age56.65±12.53 years)and 17 normal adults(age55.94±13.20 years)were evaluated for interrogative production using self-compiled interrogative sentences as test materials.Evaluation indicators included fundamental frequency slope values and average fundamental frequency values of the whole sentence and boundary tone.The two-factor mixed experiment design of 2(group)×4(tone type)was used to investigate the differences and mutual influences between different tone types and subjects.Results There were significant differences between non-fluent aphasia patients and normal controls(P<0.05),and the four acoustic parameters of the non-fluent aphasia under one,two,three and four tones were smaller than the normal control group.The F0 and K of whole sentence and K of boundary tone were significantly different in different tones(P<0.05).The whole sentence F0 represented by T1,T4>T2,T3;K of whole sentence represented by T1,T2>T4;K of boundary tone represented by T2,T3>T1>T4.Conclusion The whole sentence and the boundary elevation level and the upward trend are not enough indicats that the production of interrogative sentences in non-fluent aphasia patients is impaired.In interrogative intonation training,we may raise the level and trend characteristics according to the whole sentence and boundary tone.
