Abstract:Objective:To study the application value of cranial MRI in the diagnosis and evaluation of mild cognitive impairment,and to analyze its imaging characteristics.Methods:In the observation group,28 patients with mild cognitive impairment who were admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected into the research group,and 28 normal patients during the same period were selected into the control group.MRI examinations were performed on both groups of patients,and the clinical efficacy and imaging characteristics of the two groups were compared.Results:The MMSE fraction and MoCA fraction of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the entorhinal cortex and hippocampal structure volume of the observation group were smaller than those of the control group,the difference was more significant,P<0.05,the difference statistically significant.Conclusion:Head MRI diagnosis and assessment of mild cognitive dysfunction has good application value,and can provide a reliable basis for the diagnosis of mild cognitive dysfunction.
