Clinical Value of 5-Aminolevulinic Acid Photodynamic Therapy for Moderate and Severe Condyloma Acuminatum

Objective:To investigate the clinical value of 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy for moderate and severe condyloma acuminatum for moderate and severe condyloma acuminatum.Methods:84 patients with moderate and severe condyloma acuminatum were divided into observation group and control group with 42 cases each according to the method of random number table.The control group was treated with conventional medicine and the observation group was treated with 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy on the basis of the control group.Results:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher(100.0%vs 85.7%),with statistical value(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).In the observation group,36 cases were HPV6/11 subtype infection,3 cases were HPV16/18 subtype infection and 3 cases were mixed infection;In the control group,34 cases were HPV6/11 subtype infection,4 cases were HPV16/18 subtype infection and 4 cases were mixed infection.After treatment,compared with the control group,the HPV clearance rate in the observation group was significantly higher(85.71%vs 52.38%),P<0.05.Conclusion:5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy can improve the treatment effect of moderate and severe condyloma acuminatum,and will not increase the occurrence of adverse reactions,which has a good application value.
