Multi-Slice Spiral CT Perfusion Imaging Assisted Detection of Serum Tumor Markersdiagnostic Value in Early Lung Cancer

Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of multislice spiral CT perfusion imaging assisted detection of serum tumor markers in lung cancer.Methods:From July 2020 to July 2021,90 patients with pulmonary diseases in our hospital were selected as the study subjects(study group),and 90 healthy subjects(healthy group)were selected from our hospital during the same period.The two groups of patients were diagnosed by multi-slice spiral CT and detected serum markers.Accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of multislice spiral CT diagnosis,tumor markers and combined diagnosis;The levels of carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),neuron-specific enolase(NSE),keratin2-11(CYFRA21-1)and carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)in 2 groups were compared.Results:Compared with healthy group,the levels of CEA,CYFRA21-1,NSE and CA125 in lung of study group were significantly increased(P<0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of single MSCT were 46.9%and 91.2%,respectively,which were better than that of tumor marker detection.The results of MSCT combined with tumor marker detection were higher than that of tumor marker detection.The area under ROC curve was better than that of single serum tumor marker detection and multislice spiral CT detection(P<0.05).The positive predictive value and negative predictive value of MSCT combined with 4 tumor markers were significantly increased.The positive detection rate of CEA,CYFRA21-1 combined with NSECA125CT was 72.22%,and the positive detection rate of MSCT combined with CEA,CYFRA21-1 and NSECA125 was 83.33%.Conclusion:MSCT-assisted detection of tumor markers in serum can effectively improve the diagnostic accuracy of patients with pulmonary diseases.
