纤维支气管镜对难治性肺炎的诊断价值分析

目的：分析纤维支气管镜对难治性肺炎的诊断价值。方法：选择2019年1月～2020年1月本院难治性肺炎患者共50例，对患者进行两种方法的诊断，一种是常规痰培养诊断，一种是给予纤维支气管镜诊断。比较两种方法的病原学阳性率。结果：纤维支气管镜检查病原学检查结果检出病原菌35株，常规痰培养检查检出病原菌20株，存在显著差异，P<0.05。镜检结果纤支镜检查配合病理组织活检显示：单纯性炎症30例，阻塞性肺炎18例，2例类似肺炎型肺癌。结论：纤维支气管镜对难治性肺炎的诊断价值高，可提高病原学诊断的阳性率，更好地诊断难治性肺炎，从而为难治性肺炎的治疗提供相应的依据。

Analysis of the Diagnostic Value of Fiberoptic Bronchoscopy in Refractory Pneumonia

Objective:To analyze the diagnostic value of fiberoptic bronchoscopy in refractory pneumonia.Methods:50 patients with refractory pneumonia in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and diagnosed by two methods,one was routine sputum culture diagnosis,the other was fiberoptic bronchoscopy diagnosis.The positive rates of the two methods were compared.Results:35 strains of pathogenic bacteria were detected by fiberoptic bronchoscopy and 20 strains were detected by routine sputum culture examination,with significant difference(P<0.05).Microscopic results Bronchoscopy combined with pathological biopsy showed:30 cases of simple inflammation,18 cases of obstructive pneumonia,and 2 cases of lung cancer similar to pneumonia.Conclusion:Fiberoptic bronchoscopy has high diagnostic value for refractory pneumonia,which can improve the positive rate of etiological diagnosis and better diagnose refractory pneumonia,so as to provide corresponding basis for the treatment of refractory pneumonia.
