关节镜下应用带线锚钉治疗Bankart损伤及合并损伤的疗效研究

目的：研究关节镜通过带线锚钉对Bankart损伤及合并损伤进行治疗的效果。方法：对2019年3月～2020年3月本院治疗的肩关节前脱位24例患者实施资料调查与研究，患者均经过关节镜引进带线锚钉技术进行治疗，目的是修复患者Bankart损伤及合并损伤。对患者手术前与手术后的影像学检查情况加以分析，评估患者损伤部位修复效果。结果：对24例患者实施定期随访，时间均数（26.41±16.37）个月，患者肩关节活动度的治疗效果显著，患肩与健肩活动功能相近，尚未产生再次脱位和半脱位现象，可正常工作与生活。治疗后，患者Constant-Murley评分、视觉模拟评分与Rowe评分均好于治疗前评分，P<0.05；通过统计，24例患者的手术平均时间（25.09±8.96）min、切口长度均数（1.23±0.21）cm、手术出血量均数（6.93±1.12）mL、住院时间均数（7.74±1.24）d；手术前患者肩关节功能评估分数为（18.64±2.20）分、治疗后6个星期患者肩关节功能评估分数为（29.63±2.33）分、治疗后10个星期患者肩关节功能评估分数为（30.12±2.41）分、治疗后12个...

Effect of Wire Anchor Nail Under Arthroscopy on Bankart Injury and Associated Injury

Objective:To study the effect of arthroscopy on Bankart injury and combined injury by wire anchor.Methods:Data investigation and study of 24 patients with preshoulder dislocation treated in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2020.These patients were treated by arthroscopy,and the purpose was to repair Bankart damage and combined injury.The imaging examination before and after surgery were analyzed to evaluate the repair effect of the injury site.Results:Regular follow-up of 24 patients with the average time(26.41±16.37)months,the treatment effect of shoulder mobility was similar,shoulder and shoulder activity function,no redislocation and semi-dislocation,can work and live normally.After treatment,the Constant-Murley score,visual analog score and Rowe score of patients were all better than those before treatment,P<0.05;according to statistics,the average operation time of the 24 patients was(25.09±8.96)min,and the mean incision length(1.23±0.21)cm,mean surgical blood loss(6.93±1.12)mL,mean hospital stay(7.74±1.24)d;The shoulder function evaluation score of patients before operation was(18.64±2.20)points,6 weeks after treatment was(29.63±2.33)points,10 weeks after treatment was(30.12±2.41)points,and 12 weeks after treatment was(33.94±1.41)points,there was a significant difference between the score evaluation data of shoulder joint before and after treatment,P<0.05.Conclusion:Bankart injury and combined injury are treated by arthroscopy,which can relieve their pain and improve their satisfaction with surgical treatment.
