Effect Analysis of Linear Accelerator Stereotactic Radiotherapy in Patients with Advanced Esophageal Cancer

Objective:To analyze the effect of linear accelerator stereotactic radiotherapy in patients with advanced esophageal cancer.Methods:The 72 patients with advanced esophageal cancer received in our hospital from July 2018 to September 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups using a random number table method.The control group(36 cases):conventional chemotherapy;the study group(36 cases):conventional chemotherapy+linear accelerator stereotactic radiotherapy.The therapeutic efficacy,tumor marker levelssquamous cell carcinoma antigen(SCC-Ag)and keratin 19 fragment antigen 21-1(CYFRA21-1)],toxic and side effects(myelosuppression,nausea,vomiting,radioactivity)were observed in the two groups.pneumonia,radiation esophagitis).Results:The total effective rate of the study group(97.22%)was higher than that of the control group(77.78%),and the difference was significant and statistically significant(P<0.05);the difference in the levels of tumor markers between the two groups before radiotherapy was not significant and not statistically significant(P>0.05),the study group was lower than the control group after radiotherapy,the difference was significant and statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of side effects in the study group(19.44%)was slightly higher(16.67%),but the difference was not significant,Not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Linear accelerator stereotactic radiotherapy for patients with advanced esophageal cancer can not only ensure safety,but also reduce the level of tumor markers and significantly improve the therapeutic effect.
