Observation of Clinical Efficacy of Clemastine Fumarate Combined with Olopatadine Hydrochloride in the Treatment of Chronic Urticaria

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of clemastine fumarate combined with olopatadine hydrochloride in the treatment of chronic urticaria.Methods Ninety patients with chronic urticaria were randomly divided into two groups.All patients were given clemastine fumarate(10 mL,bid),and the treatment group(45 cases)were also given olopatadine hydrochloride(5 mg,bid)for 8 weeks.Results After 8 weeks of treatment,the effective rate of treatment group(90.48%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(72.09%).One month after the end of treatment,the recurrence rate of the treatment group(15.79%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(38.71%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were a few patients with mild adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion Treatment of clemastine fumarate combined with olopatadine hydrochloride shows good curative effect and less adverse reaction.
