费森尤斯4008系列血透机流量方面的故障及检修研究

摘    要:根据实际调查研究能够知道,费森尤斯4008系列血透机凭借自身具有的多元化优势不仅得到了专业人士的一致肯定,而且在临床上得到了普遍应用。然而在实际使用过程中,费森尤斯4008系列血透机在流量方面极易发生各类故障,不仅导致费森尤斯4008系列血透机具有的优势与作用无法得到充分发挥,对临床推广造成严重影响,而且还会对患者的生命安全造成一定威胁。然而目前对费森尤斯4008系列血透机流量方面故障问题进行分析的方案以及有效解决措施较为欠缺。本文现将费森尤斯血透机流量系统的工作原理进行分析,再将常见故障列出,最后结合水路图以及实物图将常见故障的原因找出,并提出相应的解决方法,为后续维修提供有效参考。

Abstract:According to the actual investigation and research,we can know that Fresenius 4008 series hemodialysis machine has not only been unanimously affirmed by professionals with its diversified advantages,but also has been widely used in clinic.However,in the actual use process,the Fresenius 4008 series hemodialysis machine is prone to various failures in terms of flow,which not only leads to the advantages and functions of the Fresenius 4008 series hemodialysis machine can not be fully played,causing serious impact on clinical promotion,but also poses a certain threat to the life safety of patients.However,at present,there is a lack of solutions and effective solutions to the flow failure of Fresenius 4008 series hemodialysis machines.In this paper,the working principle of the flow system of Fresenius hemodialysis machine is analyzed,and then the common faults are listed.Finally,the causes of common faults are found out in combination with waterway diagram and physical diagram,and corresponding solutions are proposed to provide effective reference for subsequent maintenance.
