Value Evaluation of Integrated Management to Improve the Qualified Rate of Equipment Management and Clinical Use Satisfaction in Disinfection and Supply Department

Objective:To explore the value of integrated management to improve the qualification rate of equipment management in the disinfection supply room and the satisfaction of clinical use.Methods:From January to December 2017,an integrated management model was implemented in the organ management of the disinfection supply room in our hospital.40 surgical patients were selected as the observation group data,the qualification rate of disinfection and sterilization surgical instruments was counted,and the quality of work and clinical evaluation were evaluated.The satisfaction of use was compared with the statistical results of the traditional management model implemented from January to December 2016,and 40 surgical patients were selected as the control group.Results:Observation group’s equipment cleaning pass rate,article packaging pass rate,hygiene inspection pass rate and sterilization pass rate were significantly higher than those of the control group,P<0.05;the scores of integrated management staff in item identification,disinfection quality,waste classification and treatment quality,document records,inspection management quality scores were significantly higher than those of routine management,P<0.05;the clinical use satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Implementing the integrated management mode in the equipment management of the disinfection supply center can further improve the qualification rate,ensure the quality of disinfection and sterilization,help reduce the wastage of surgical instruments,and improve the work quality of the staff.It is recognized by doctors in various departments and belongs to a reliable management mode.
