Abstract:Objective:To explore the value of CTA combined with CE-MRA in the diagnosis of lower extremity artery disease.Methods:87 patients with lower extremity artery disease diagnosed from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected in our hospital.98 patients with non lower extremity artery disease were selected at the same time.Both groups were treated with DSA and taken them as gold standard.CTA and CE-MRA were performed in parallel.Sensitivity and specificity of CTA and CE-MRA were compared in the diagnosis and joint diagnosis of the lesions of the superior knee artery,the inferior knee artery and the dorsal foot artery Degree and Youden index.Results:The sensitivity of CTA combined with CE-MRA in the diagnosis of lower extremity artery disease was higher than that of CTA and CE-MRA alone,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The Youden index of CTA combined with CE-MRA was higher than that of CTA and CE-MRA alone.Conclusion:CTA and CE-MRA have certain clinical value in the diagnosis of lower extremity artery disease,but the sensitivity,specificity and Youden index of CTA and CE MRA can be increased by the combination of the two diagnosis.
