| 摘 要： | 目的探讨超声测量甲状腺体积及回声分级法评价富硒水在桥本氏甲状腺炎(HT)合并甲状腺功能减退(简称甲减)辅助治疗中的作用。方法选取HT伴甲减患者80例为观察对象,对照组采用左旋甲状腺素钠片联合百令胶囊进行治疗,联合组在治疗方案上增加富硒水治疗。在治疗结束后,分析甲状腺体积、回声分级、血清硒、甲状腺功能及抗体水平。结果治疗3个月及6个月,联合组血清硒、FT4显著高于对照组(P<0.05),TSH、TGAb、TPOAb及甲状腺体积均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗6个月,联合组FT3水平高于对照组(P<0.05),联合组甲状腺超声分级显著低于对照组(P<0.05),血清硒水平与FT3、FT4具有中等程度的正相关性(0.4

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of selenium-rich water in adjuvant treatment of Hashimoto's thyroiditis with hypothyroidism by ultrasound measurement of thyroid volume and echo grading.Methods Eighty HT patients with hypothyroidism were selected as the research subjects.The control group was treated with levothyroxine sodium tablet combined with Biling capsule,while the combined group was treated with selenium-enriched water on the basis of the above treatment regimen.After 6 months of treatment,thyroid volume,echo grade,serum selenium,thyroid function and thyroid antibody levels were observed in both groups.Results After 3 months and 6 months of treatment,FT4 and serum selenium in combined group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),while TSH,TgAb,TpoAb and the thyroid volume in combined group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the level of FT3 in the combined group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the thyroid ultrasound grade in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was a moderate correlation between serum selenium level and serum FT3 and FT4 in the combination group after 6 months of treatment(0.4
