Clinical Observation of Kangai Injection in the Treatment of Cancer-induced Fatigue

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Kangai Injection in the treatment of cancer-related fatigue.Methods:40 patients with cancerous fatigue were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,20 cases per group.The control group was given symptomatic treatment and the observation group was given Kangai Injection on the basis treatment of the control group,10 days as a course of treatment.The FSI fatigue scale,the TCM symptom score scale,and the quality of life scale were used to compare the fatigue of the patients and to determine the serum interleukin-1β(IL-1β)levels of the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the FSI score and IL-113 levels of the observation group were lower than those of the pre-treatment(P<0.05),and the degree of decline in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).In comparison of the quality of life improvement rate and TCM syndrome of the improvement rate of the TCM symptom score of the observation group and the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Kangai Injection can improve cancer-related fatigue and improve the quality of life of patients with middle and advanced tumors.
