The Therapeutic Effect of Ultrasonic Physiotherapy Instrument on Chronic Lower Limb Pain and Blood Circulation Improvement in Patients with Chronic Lower Limb Joint Pain,Strain and Other Diseases

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of ultrasonic physiotherapy instrument on chronic lower limb pain and blood circulation improvement in patients with chronic lower limb joint pain,strain and other diseases.Methods:96 cases of chronic lower limb joint pain,strain and other diseases in our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with ultrasonic physiotherapy instrument on the basis of the control group.The pain score,thigh,leg circumference and total effective rate of the two groups were compared after treatment.Results:The pain score was lower than the control group,the thigh and calf diameter was lower than the control group,the observation group was always more efficient than the control group,the lower limb activity function score was higher than the control group,the skin temperature was higher than the control group,and the above six indicators were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasonic physiotherapy instrument can effectively improve the symptoms of chronic lower limb joint pain,strain and other diseases,promote the blood circulation of patients,and improve the clinical treatment efficiency of patients,which can be widely used and promoted in clinical practice.
